Had a nice time here with the family. Campground was clean and the cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our large family. Very relaxing and quiet.

We rented a cabin & a golf cart this past weekend. Some heaters, cable TV in the cabin, and golf cart not working properly. Roaches were seen running in the kitchen. Cabin floors had not been swept. Maintenance came to make repairs on heat, and we finally talked the golf cart shop into swapping out the golf cart for another one after my husband showed them no water in the batteries & loose posts. Cable TV issues never resolved, so no World Series for us! Spent the better part of our one full day there dealing with maintenance rather than time with our family. Disappointed in grumpy employees & faulty equipment for the prices charged. I will say maintenance person & canteen employees were pleasant. Park Ranger needs customer service training. All employees seem stretched too thin & stressed.

Great camp ground with lots of extra things to do! All without being too far from the city & civilization. RV park, tenting grounds, and available cabins are options for your stay. Each spot has an in-ground grill for your use (tables also at RV & cabin sites). Cabins range from simple bed & stove units, up to multi bed-kitchen-bathroom units. Available golf carts for rent (highly suggest if renting cabin). Lake for fishing, waterpark for multiple ages, community center for activities, outdoor kids play area, outdoor nightly movies, small supplies shop & souvenirs. Lots to do and in a safe environment. Communication between their staff and customers is a bit mute though as we were not told some specifics beforehand and I see others have the same notes on that. Pricing is a bit high as well when it comes to cabin & cart pricing. But will still return again next summer. Kids had a blast!

Already planning our trip for 2018, and bringing more friends along. Great experience for the kids. There's something entertaining to do every hour of the day. Could use a little sprucing up, and the campsites are fairly close together, but overall the place was a blast!

Jellystone was a great time with my family and loved ones. Though the park was packed, the activities were plenty and the staff was excellent to work with. The Little shop at the front has pretty much all you need if you forget some stuff. Cabins were awesome. AC worked we all slept comfortably with 9 people. Definitely would recommend this spot to any families of young ones under the age of 12.
