I don't normally rate places, but I had such a good experience. Staff was friendly, and they performed a full synthetic oil change on my new jeep in less than 10 minutes. Not only that, they vacuumed my floor boards, filled my wiper fluid, aired up my tires and blew out my air filter. I normally get my oil changed at the dealership and they don't do ANY of that stuff, besides change the oil and filter.
If I'm not happy give my money back... It's not like I asked for my money back from an oil change. He took it do personal like he built it himself.

Now the employee was rude to me when I wanted a refund-I mean I did spend $7. He told me the car looked clean to him and what did I expect. He also said that this wasn't a "refund company". Wth?? All companies have customer satisfaction rules!!
By the way I know his name but he seems like the kind of guy who would sue since he got so mad over a refund... Smh
But what tops this bad rating off is to pay for top priced automatic car wash and get all the thru the wash to find the dryer isn't working. So honestly I would give this place a star rating at all but have to in order to post this complaint.
Haven't been here in a while
So I go there today and I don't know if it's under new management but attitude the moment I stepped out of my car. Getting the Popeye eye from the female there. Yeah...........wow..... won't be spending $40 plus for what already started with crappy service. Ah well!!
The car wash doesn't work well at all-it just threw soap on it and barely washed it off. My window was still dirty and so was the tire area. I paid $7 and later found out that I had to pay $8 to get it dried off. Just go to Buccees
This place has really gone down hill fast. I'm not sure what has happened but I get really bad attitude. I'm done coming here.
I've never used the oil change lube center to rate it, but I'm rating the car wash as each and every time i go there it takes my money causing me to insert more quarters in the bay areas for self service wash. Then the drive thru automatic car wash isn't working or closes you up in there as its gonna work and don't allot of times.
