The only reason they have the good reviews that they do have on here is because they offer incentives if you place a positive review. But I have to say these people have completely messed up my teeth and have did sloppy work on permanent crowns. When they were doing my temporary crowns my friend kept telling me I didn't need to go back. She watched them do it and she said it was something wrong about what they were doing. However still went back to get my peemanaet because I felt like she's not a dentist she doesn't know but I wish I would of listen & it's just a mess.
Ortho is great at Waller! The orthodontist and staff are great. I'm glad we have a place to go close by with great monthly payment plans.
I took my son in because he broke his tooth really bad and it was causing him a lot of pain and the office manager or whatever she is told me that my insurance would not approve him getting a filling or a crown so I would have to pay for it out of my pocket, so she eventually submitted authorization for a crown, but it was denied because he wasn't old enough for it yet so I asked her what about a filling and she told me that they would most likely not approve it either because she just knew that, I asked her for the number to my insurance so that I could call and speak with them about it and she would not give it to me because she said it wouldn't do any good for me to talk to them because she has been doing that job for a long time now and she knows how it goes, so I looked the number up myself and called them and after talking on the phone with the insurance for about 10 minutes they approved my son for the procedure, so I went to let the lady know and she told me that no matter what they told me on the phone they still would not be able to do the procedure today. She never gave me my insurance number when I asked her to do so and then she basically denied me service for my son after I had basically done what she argued to tell me couldn't be done, she would not submit authorization for the filling and I think if she didn't want to do her job, no matter what she thought she knew she should find herself another job. Her name is Julie, if it hadn't not been for her I would love to give 5 stars because the dentist and the ladies in the back were just wonderful in helping me get the information that I needed. I thank them, but I will be looking for a new dentist for my 5 children because I don't ever want to deal with her again.
They are absolutely correct in regards to Julie, she is of NO VALUE, which I just got off the phone with her with thoughts of going there and had two general questions and got a lot of BS from her. SO NO I DO NOT need an appointment. Only did 1 star in so it will allow me to post.
beautiful office! friendly staff! My kids love coming here! The eldest is having his braces with Dr Miller and the other two come in for cleanings. Julie is friendly and always answers all my many many questions :)
