There is no mini fridge in my room, no one is answering the phone, the smoke detector has been going off all day... but the bed is comfortable the ac is pretty good and so far the staff has been friendly. I just hope I don't have to pay full price because the smoke detector has been going off every 5 to 10 minutes for the last 8 hours
Very clean and comfortable room, including a coffee maker, microwave, and good sized mini fridge. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly! We'll be staying here again when we're back in town.
We stayed at the Holday Inn Express, Waller. The hotel appears nice, however, our room was dirty. We found a dirty sock, personal notes from previous guests, a refrigerator full of old food, and a bar of soap on the counter used by precious guest. In addition, the TV didn't work. yUCK! We complained and the general manager called and offered to give us reward points in their club. We don't belong so that was worthless, so she called back and awarded $25 discount. That was pretty cheap considering the room as $135 and a very nasty experience. We are in the hospitality business and this is not how you take care of people. Check your room carefully.
I loved everything about my stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were really nice and I really liked how the breakfast attendant will go around asking us what we needed. The service was great just what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express hotel. I would definitely be back.
Everything was great except for the suite shop. It took 15 minutes just to make a purchase on my personal card and another 15 minutes to remove said purchase from being charged to the room. That's a half hour from my life gone just in the name of cookies and cream.
