Wow package is in processing and it's not a big postal office
This post office is absolutely HORRIBLE! They do not EVER deliver packages. Why have something delivered when you have to go get it at the post office every single time?? Which is only open during the hours normal people work. They literally have one job: deliver mail. They cannot accomplish this. For 2 years I have not had even one package delivered. They are PAID to be delivered. Why can't they accomplish this? Because they are too lazy to get out of their cars and walk 10 feet to do their job.
This post office is a JOKE! Horrible service. They took it upon themselves to stop my mail and return everything with house vacant. Even though I have called multiple times to have them correct it...even though i have been told multiple times it was corrected, even though i have lived there the entire time and they never should have done this in the first place. There is always someone at my house. The issues lie within the staff. They are about as lazy and clueless as they come. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone. On top of all that the hours suck...i think they probably do this so that people cant complain in person. I have never seen a post office like this. Never had any issues until i moved here. This is ridiculous!
Small town Post Office: Needed a USPS money order, girl at counter was very courteous and helpful. Little to no wait while I was there. Much nicer than experiences in Houston.
Been living in Waller for about 20 years. I have always received polite, helpful service at this post office.
