Takes literally 3 hours to deliver your food and food is cold by the time it gets here.
Pizza Hut is sadly where we have to get our pizzas now people have lives don't tell people 15 minutes when it's 45 !
Well not only did it take her 40 minutes to get to my apartment and we live not even 10 minutes away. The driver also called my apartment and told us if we wanted our pizza we'd come up to the front to get it. Not only does our apartment complex not have any gates but she told us to meet her at her car. She didn't even stand outside her car, she stayed in her car and I had to walk up to her car and she also demanded a tip. When I called the manager to complain he not only stuck up for the driver but pretty much blamed us for the bad service and refused to do anything about it. The pizza was bad quality and was room temp when it got here, the soda we ordered was flat and warm. I also see why this Dominos has a 3 star rating here. and I will also be leaving a bad one. I have never had this bad of service before and will never order from a Dominos again. The Dominos in Hockley is better and if it will deliver to you I suggest you order from that one, never order from the one in Waller. What more could you expect from a pizza place in a gas station?
Not only are they HOURS late every single time but the manager is very rude.
Came back to visit for the holidays and man oh man how much I miss this place. Esp coming after school was over. Idk who the chefs are but please keep it up with the phenomenal service. Love how the pizza is layered with the perfect amount of sauce. Thank you everyone
