Today 11/2/17 I was supposed to go have lunch with my son at school I placed my order by phone and they told me the order will be ready in 15 minutes I got there in 18 minute just to find out that there was no order for me. I walk away called the number and the person that told me there was no order for me answer and I said you just said there is no order when this is the number I called to place an order. So guess what yes my son stayed waiting for mommy and no food. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut!!!! After what you did Pizza Hut is not on my list. Just because I have to select a star to post but you don’t even deserve a star.
I have waited 3 hours for my pizza and it still hasn't gotten here. These people don't deserve to have jobs!!!!!!! Worst service ever!! Will never order from this trash store again!!
This place sucks! Service is rude and their pizza is trash! Honestly a frozen pizza would've been a better choice than waiting and talking to rude people.
This is a biased review because I love pizza hut. Pizza was great so no complaints.
When lazy and bad service is thought of this location comes to mind.... I order pizza over the phone they take my order I show up to get it and they claim I called their answering service and not them... So I call the same number and rings inside ... I wonder if they were drinking or getting high it smelled pretty bad...
